Arkansas Fitness and Athletics Team Performance Program Success

The North Little Rock Varsity Boys Basketball Program clinched another 7A-Central Conference Title under head coach Johnny Rice. Before the Charging Wildcats began their fight for conference champs and began their path to the state playoffs, AFA Founder Jim Eckhart began his new role as head of strength and conditioning.  It has been a special year for Jim implementing performance training, nutrition, and recovery programs as well as building new relationships with a talented group of young men and their wonderful coaching staff. They have worked many hard days doing the little things that build championship caliber teams. Now, we wish them best of luck as they head into the playoffs.
